Effective December 1st, 2002 the procedure and policy for the referral of apprentices was given to the Tri-City JATC. If for any reason you are laid off of work, you should within a 24 hour period come into this office and sign the out-of-work book. The referral list is based on a first in - first out basis, regardless of your level of apprenticeship. The Training Director has the authority to deviate from this policy based on his/her discretion.
